Student-Zoom Information/How to Use, Policies, and Procedures

In light of the Florida Governor’s State of Emergency declaration, we want to let you know that we have been proactive and prepared a plan if schools are closed due to the Coronavirus. Teachers will be utilizing Zoom as a tool for live online classroom instruction for students. In preparation for the online instruction, we ask that you please download Zoom on your devices (Desktops/Laptops/Tablets/Cellphones):
For Desktops & Laptops:
1. Open Google Chrome and type in the URL bar: https://www.zoom.us/support/download
2. Double click the downloaded file and follow the download prompts

For iOS Devices:
Open the App Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings”.

For Android Devices:
Open the Google Play Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings”.

You are NOT required to create an account as you will just be required to click on "Join a Meeting" (or click on the link to your teachers and you will be re-directed to the zoom platform) and enter in the Meeting ID which can be found on the main page of the BGPA's website and/or your teacher’s webpage.

Under the Meeting ID field, you will be asked to enter your name and MUST type in your First & Last Name along with your Student ID#. For example, John Doe (012345678).
